Rare to find any business like this open on a Saturday that is bric and mortar. I went in with a unique request where I was trying to get LMTV military locks rekeyed. I called a bunch of places and they said they couldnt do it. Not Cascade Lock & Key! They were able to handle my request on a Saturday and learned the locking mechanism needed two sepearate keys. Highly recommend this business for anyone's Lock & Key needs!

Very good experience with this company. He came out and rekeyed our house, ADU and garage. He seemed like a great guy and did fast, quality work.

I recently visited this store and had an extremely disappointing experience. I encountered an Asian employee who was exceptionally rude and disrespectful. Her attitude was condescending, and she seemed uninterested in assisting customers. This type of behavior is unacceptable and has significantly impacted my perception of this business. I expected better customer service and left feeling very frustrated and disrespected. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to prevent future customers from having a similar experience. I wish there was lower score than one Star
