I would like to report what a gem Cascade Mechanical has in their tech Ryan Easter. His tenacity at ferreting out the problems with my cooling system was impressive. He's a keeper.
Also Kudos to Cascade Mechanical for allowing Ryan to make the repair under warranty even though I'm sure they didn't have to. I really appreciate that!!

I appreciate your technician Ryan Easter, he was efficient, intelligent, friendly, and explained very quickly what my problem was with my air conditioning unit. The unit is now up and running and performing properly. Thanks Ryan for your service. I also appreciate Cascade Mechanical for getting in the parts in a timely manner and for coming out right away to address my concerns.

The crew that installed the new system for my mom (87 years old and legally blind) were so patient and professional and helped me learn the system so I could help her. Then when her wifi was down so I couldn't get to the controls through the Trane app, a tech stopped by her house the same day and reset her thermostat. We highly recommend Cascade Mechanical.
