I have to say Cascade went above and beyond the call of duty. I got replacement poles and snowshoes when my equipment broke down accidentally on the mountain. I will be a customer for life with their great products and customer service.

Compared a lot of trekking poles and their prices; this company offered the best bang for your buck in that category. The poles were great for the price and at that price point, I have no complaints about them. However, there is room for this small company to grow into a more environmentally conscious company (e.g.: replaceable tips for the poles, etc.). Given their current size though, their customer service response and timing are amazing and I look forward to buying more of their products in the future.
