Cascade Septic Pumping

Cascade septic pumped my septic tank on 1/12/23. They did a great job and were on time. 2 months later, I had an issue with a new neighbor, they wanted me to reconnect their septic pipe to my tank and drain field. They threatened to sue me if it didn't. I called Anna at cascade because I wanted information on my septic system so I could take it to a lawyer. She got on her computer and checked with Snohomish county assessor's that there was no easement. She also called Snohomish county health department, they said the neighbors needed their own septic system on their property and wasn't allowed to connect to mine. She called and emailed me all the information. She didn't even charge me a single cent. Anna went above and beyond to take care of her past customer. I would highly recommend cascade septic service to anyone and I won't be using anyone else.

I call to get the septic pump because I opened and saw that the sludge was up to the top. When I call Anna said not to worries to check again with a shovel and see if that sludge was about two inches deep and water after. It was, so I don't need to pump out the system. I call her back to thank her and appreciate her help very much.
