We have called upon the services of Cascade Thermal Imaging for predictive maintenance of the electrical gear of our gas processing facility for several years. We have over 280 inspection points of typically 480V service. Larry and his team provide top-notch service with high resolution thermal photos accompanied with a detailed analysis of any issues and recommended solutions that are cost-effective and practical. Larry communicates clearly, meticulously, and immediately to ensure we receive timely information and quickly clarify expectations of work output. The detailed report that we receive is turned around faster than any other technical report in my experience and is informative and accurate.

Hands down - this is the company that you want to perform any infrared inspection service. Larry is top in his field - professional, courteous and eager to meet customer needs.

I highly recommend Cascade Thermal Imaging! They are highly responsive and provide great customer service. I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to get out to our house even though it is in a remote location and with the thoroughness of their services. They not only identified the source of the leak, they helped us to find simple and affordable ways we could significantly increase the energy efficiency of our home. We will certainly use their services in the future!
