I’m very disappointed by the way things have been ran here. Other than Victoria being the nicest person to help me and my family out, they sure know how to rip you off and take as much money from you when they can. We wrote and told them that we dropped off our keys at the very end of the month with our co-signer who will bring them in...still we get charged a $100 daily fee even though their office is closed on weekends so you can’t even get the keys to them until Tuesday thanks to the holiday weekend. And we now owe a months worth of rent even though they rented out our unit within three days of the beginning of the month of September (our last day in the vacate notice was August 31st).
They will not prorate you for living there only 2 days of the month either, secret fees are always fun to find as well when you log on to pay your rent.
