Great business, respectful of pronouns and gender identity, staff was all wonderful intelligent and fun to deal with. Eye exam was prompt, fast, painless, and they don’t use that machine that blows air in your eye -How fantastic!

Worked with doc Jason Sifrit - what a man, what a man, what a man, what a mighty good man, yes he is. Absolutely wonderful, incredibly patient as I constantly switch between options 5&6 and 7&8 to make sure I get lenses that were perfect for me. His attention to detail through the exam process lead to the discovery that I’ve been using the wrong prescription in my right eye for at least the last two years and my vision is phenomenally better than I ever thought it was. Also pointed out some early signs of glaucoma in one of my eyes so you know what that means.

Anyways long and short, cascade vision is a great business in our community and has a customer for as long as I stay in Seattle. 5 stars and great all around.

I had an appointment at the Seattle location today, and as a new patient, I had one of the most thorough vision assessments I've ever had in my ~35 years of being myopic. It was actually kind of fun doing all the tests, and it gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the care at Cascade Vision. The office is really clean and spacious and the equipment seems really new and top of the line. Dr. Jason and his staff were very friendly and I never felt rushed despite all of the tests and careful adjustments needed to fine-tune my prescription. I also got a chance to try some contact lenses that could treat both my nearsightedness AND astigmatism; I did some research at home and learned that it's a brand new product line that was released less than a year ago, so I'm very pleased that it was available here!

The staff here is amazing and Dr Sifrit was professional and very knowledgeable. They use some of the newest tech on the field to make sure your eyes are as healthy as possible and you have the best experience possible.
