If you want a midwife that lacks any empathy and conveys a dismissive attitude with an overall unpleasant demeanor Jen Ivy is your lady. She acted as though I had no understanding of what my body was going through, and as a midwife she has a special talent of making you feel stupid when it should be a safe place to speak. At the end of our visit her answer to me was a “Well I don’t really know what to tell you,” and a “that sucks, good luck” with a shrug of the shoulders. She’s lacking the professionalism, and it’s very unfortunate to see so many complaints about her but yet obviously nothing has changed. I hope as a facility you’ll start taking in all the poor reviews about her and see that she’s doing something wrong.

I can't rave about the care I've received enough! I've been seeing Jen Ivy the entirety of my pregnancy and she has been absolutely amazing. She has seen me through complications and a hard labor, and has been nothing but an upbeat, caring physician who listened to all of my concerns and knowledgeably answered all of my questions. The MA that tends to room me, Kayla, has also been great! I haven't had a single negative experience in this clinic - from reception, to the MA's to the OB's. I appreciate everything these ladies have done for me and my little one!

Jen Ivy has been a great midwife, took great care of me during pregnancy and now postpartum. Listens to your concerns and addresses them. Referred me to all required specialists promptly when needed. Thank you to Jen and her team!
