This is a great office with awesome staff! I called as a new patient with a horribly painful ingrown toenail and they were able to get me in the very next day. I waited only a couple minutes past my appt time to be called back in the office. The nurse that assisted was terrific, she had a great personality and spoke to me as a real person and not just another patient to get through till the end of the day. When Dr. Bowles came in, I was very impressed with his candor and relaxed attitude. To him, this was a very common occurrence and was an easy fix. He explained what he was going to do before he actually did it. after clipping out the ingrown toenail, he reassessed and felt it would be better to take the entire nail off and since I was already numb from the original procedure, he went ahead and did it all right then. Told me what to expect and when to come back. Was very reassuring during the entire procedure, has a great sense of humor. There were written instructions to take with me so I wouldn't forget what to do. All in all, I was very impressed with the office staff and the doctor. Will go back for a 2 week checkup and if needed, will go back again. Will tell others I had a great experience and to go to this office when needed. Thank you everyone! I appreciate your care.
