She was wonderful to me when she was at the West Michigan Cancer Center. Her words and her care helped me tremendously. I will always be grateful to have been under her care. She said we were a team and we would fight together. She gave me courage and hope.

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr Casey Hay and staff. First of all, every person I spoke with over the phone were kind, thorough and understanding. It was no surprise that the doctor herself would be so as well. Dr. Hay is extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand how my surgery would go, she answered all my questions and gave me a tremendous amount of confidence in her ability as a Doctor and a Surgeon. From start to finish my experience with her and the office (given my circumstances) were absolutely wonderful! I am beyond thankful to have been in her care.
