taylor has been a real lifesaver since the first time he was suggested to us by our property agent. He showed up promptly after we requested a quote for shifting pipes for a major house overhaul. He completed all the essential preparation work, pipe checks, and handled the whole task professionally and flawlessly. We also required his assistance in a crisis when a pipe underneath our home burst, taylor was there in a jiffy and had our entire plumbing system rerouted above ground. A 3rd request a few years on, he arrived, as reliable as ever, to repair a faucet that had a broken plastic part in the shower causing a leak. I would vouch for him time and time again. Trustworthy, reliable, and informed. This man is a master of his trade. Don't bother seeking any other plumber! taylor is your go-to guy!

I reached out to a plumbing service late Monday evening and spoke with Arthur about needing a new hot water valve for my kitchen sink in Altadena. Arthur quickly arranged for an early morning appointment the very next day. Damon showed up right on time and swapped out the valve in no time at all! I also had Damon inspect my water heater, and he gave me a reasonable quote for replacement. We arranged for the installation to happen the following day. Both Arthur and Damon showed up as scheduled and were punctual. They were incredibly courteous and professional, and they took the time to walk me through the maintenance of the water heater.

Just a week ago, our water heater stopped working and our basement was flooded! I immediately contacted Emmanuel, to see if he could replace our water heater that same day. To my relief, Emmanuel confirmed he could be there by noon. To make things even easier, he also offered to pump out the water from the flooded basement for an extra charge. This was a lifesaver, as another company had told me they wouldn't install the water heater until the basement was pumped dry by another company, which could have left us without a water heater for more than 24 hours! Emmanuel worked diligently and had the job done by 5pm. It was wonderful having hot water again on the same day. Special kudos to Emmanuel for accomplishing all this on an incredibly cold day in Altadena! We highly recommend this plumbing service!
