Customer service is atrocious. They never answer the phone, and they close the store randomly during business hours. They don’t communicate; I lost an item due to them mixing up dates. I saw one employee smoking either meth or fentanyl on foil out back with a homeless person.

If I could give this location less than one star I would. The customer service was the worst I have ever seen out of all of your stores. It was like the employees were showing us the door just as we walked in. The employees were slovenly and unkempt. That's putting it nicely. We are an upper middle class mixed race couple so asked to see manager who eventually came out from the back rubbing her eyes and explosive like we had just woke her from her mid-morning nap. She said three clever sayings to let us know we were not her preferred clientele and we weren't welcome before she even took a look at we were trying to sell.she was a small African American woman with long braids and attitude. We were trying to sell some tools and some recreational equipment and had much more in the car but she wasn't interested in hearing about it as she headed to the back with her back to us. We went to one of your other locations and once they saw all of the stuff we couldn't take with us on our international move they were falling all over themselves to assist us. You should get the people from the Renton location to manage the first location we went to because great customer service is not spoken in that store. When and if I get back to the Seattle area it will be a cold day in hell before I deal with that inept bunch for sure I give them minus five stars if I could don't waste your time going to that shop as I watched disgruntled customers leave after us . Treated as poorly as we were.
