Extremely low offers on tools, and some honestly laughable justifications for the offers. I brought in a Woodworking router that retails for about $250, manager said he could buy the same item on eBay for $24.
Not true. He found a dust port for the router that sells on eBay for $24.
Whatever. It's a pawn shop. It's not like I expect a lot of integrity from these guys. If I had time I'd sell on offer up. But I don't so I came to Cash America and dealt with a smarmy guy. Pretty much what I expected.

These people are rude as hell. I just called them to inquire if they had seen an item of mine I thought had been stolen and they acted like I was asking for national secrets because I hadn't filed a police report. I would have been happy to buy it back, I just wanted to know if it was there. The person on the phone was so weirdly hostile and told me it was because I was "cheery". It's called being polite and if you work in customer service you should understand that. Then they got super offended when I said it was an urn, cut me off mid sentence and said a pawn shop would never buy that. You could have just said it wasn't there. I would never give this establishment my money due to the bizarre service they provide potential customers. Wish I could give you no stars.
