Just saw the review stating the bad reviews are all from people wanting outlandish prices for their items. To clarify their giving next to nothing to people because they know they are desperate is as ridiculous as blaming the poor customers for getting taken Advantage of. Wow. In my opinion they pay much less than competitors and demand your item have accessories that they don't even come with and give no compensation. And the arrogance and lack of respect is strike 2 and three. If you need 20 bucks bring in your $700 item In perfect condition and grab that $20. Good news you only have to pay it back plus an annual interest rate of 380% . This is my honest opinion.

This used to be my go to pawn shop for loans and buying stuff even since they opened really liked the employees especially the manager that is always working when I come in, but my last time there I was "helped" by someone who did everything they could to try and get my chain to show up as fake, even after it passing the scrape test and first 4 attempts at dripping acid onto that filed spot the fifth time apparently it failed due to leaving a color on a piece of paper she was using to wipe it off each time she added more of the acid on it, never have I seen anyone do that during a file test. Funny how the next 2 places I took it into including a jewelry store that had the special electric tester said it was real. The other being the same store just in a different city. Smh

I was a little hesitant to stop by. They stopped the reviews and I really am surprised that they don’t have five stars. Awesome service and super friendly environment
