This used to be my go to place but I'll be cautious of going back. Went in and they had signs up everywhere about sales going on (some by the front door, others when you walk in, more on specific shelves, and the registers). One of the deals was 6 Blu-ray for 10, and 6 DVDs for 5. After I checked out I checked over the receipt because the total seemed a little off. Turns out they had overcharged me by $3.30. I pointed out the signs and they said those were old signs. 1) it was still 4th of July weekend so that seems fishy, 2) then why were they up?? There was no date on them so it wasn't as though I just missed the fine print. They refused to fix things and shrugged it off. So unprofessional.

Sold defective product and won't do anything about it was told that we should go get one somewhere else after already paying over $400 for the product. Would NOT recommend to anyone if I could give it lower stars then I would

The lady manager of this store is fantastic she's funny she's fun she's smart and very personable and I have a lot of appreciation for her skills I think she is an incredible asset to this company. I wish I could remember her name. I bought a vacuum cleaner from her I bought earrings from her I bought a computer from her I bought it phone charger from her I had to return a couple of things that I purchased that did not work out quite the way I wanted it to. At the last minute I couldn't find the receipt but that didn't matter because she was hella cool about the whole thing!! I'll go here before I buy something somewhere else.
