Had a MacBook Pro listed as a “MacBook Pro M1” after purchasing it turned out to be a 2016 MacBook Pro. I was basically told to kick rocks upon attempting to return it. Had to file a chargeback and sent the photos of the advertised MacBook and what was actually sold to the attorney generals office. Had a follow up today they will be investigating this location so that’s a win for everybody who’s been robbed by this store.

At your discretion. Disregard the below reviews. I've been going here for years and they are always polite and give fair prices. (Even a little extra if you have a good pickup record)
THEY DO NOT. However tolerate haggling or people insisting their item is worth more than it is. Be respectful and they are more polite.

If you're not buying gold jewelry from here it's perfect meets my needs but In the past 10 years I have had to return 2 items rings that I bought because they were not gold. So there's that.. and I was getting a loan on a necklace and the clerk helping me fingered it so much the diamond popped out and I got an oops and that was that.
