Very corporate and bare feeling atmosphere; don't expect to find anything for sale hiding in the nooks and crannies of the place like in some nearby privately owned pawn shops. I didn't buy anything and found some of the items overpriced while others priced decently. One fellow working there was nice enough to give me directions.

I've did loans from them, they say they WRAP every product, guitar cases are single wrapped on the end with dollar store saran wrap. And whenever they say we have the item checked by our setup guy, I don't know if it was the manager (which is very friendly so don't think I'm all negative) don't listen, i wanted to grab a pick and show them the action was so low on the instrument i bought it was unplayable not setup as said plus, the truss rod had a kink of rust which only a guitar player would know about. I'm glad i talked down the price because i have 100 to put into the item i bought plus another setup. was given a no return allowed policy... nice!

Will not be going back into this store. My wife ran in to see if they had something. She was asked if she had a mask said no and then asked if they had one which they didnt. Then my wife asked if they had the thing we where looking which the lady then replied no but if we did i wouldnt be selling it to you becuz of no mask. Like how rude do you have to be.
