Bought battery powered PA speaker system that cost me $330. System will not hold charge and the Mgr of the store would not refund me. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything electronic from there.

Was told right away that they were unable to do a loan for my electric scooter. Which wasn't why I was there. They planned on saying no before they even knew what I had. I've spent a good amount of money here . For all he knew I could've been buying something. Then they proceeded to tell me they weren't buying silver or gold at this location. A pawn shops bread and butter for the foreseeable future will always be precious metals. I felt completely disrespected and disregarded. If I could give them a zero rating I would. Maybe take a look at your customers purchase history as well as pawn history before you cast judgement. Cause I damn sure won't be wasting another dime here. Spent damn near a grand here just to get treated like some POS.
