Bought two power tools before Christmas and one turned out to be defective, the other I grabbed the wrong size. Tried to exchange both of them but wouldn't do anything because I didn't buy a non refundable return policy on them. One being my mistake I understand (kind of if I wanted money back instead of store credit) but the other being defective is ridiculous. Making customers pay more at the start to then exchange a defective tool and then not get that "warranty " back is theft in my eyes. So they told me there is nothing to be done. I actually drove over 45 minutes each way and was going to buy a table saw and nail gun also but why would I risk it then? Literally no up side to shop here.
Update, the other tool is outdated and can't even get blades for it. They sold me two useless tools
