Worst experience in a pawn shop i have ever dealt with.Was going through hard time so had to get gas money immediately. The guy gave me the lowest price possible not good customer service $20 for $400 snowshoes what a joke never go bere again. Just completely got ripped off here. Cash America has far better customer service than this location. If i could rate a 0 i would for being ripped off here. Manager here needs to train better or hire better customer service goes a long way.

I camein the to make and purchase and the I stood there waiting. The employee closest to me was doing nothing but standing there doing nothing and reused to assist me. I said, "excuse me" and he rudely said, "hold on" even though he wasn't doing anything. He would not assist me and then he went and started talking to this black guy that worked there. Needless to say he was very unprofessional.

I recently tried to pawn my Nintendo switch here at the pawn shop. I wasn't allowed to based on my record and that's fine. However, there's this short round lady with long black hair. I tried to explain what I was doing very nicely and immediately interupts me and says I need your ID card very rudely and then I tried to erase my Nintendo switch and she told me that I can't erase it because it's going to lock something up which is completely wrong. She needs to be completely retrained on how to do customer service and also how to erase devices properly with correct training. Maybe she could be a halfway decent person.
