The workers are ALL rude except one Lady named Tisha. I almost had to slap the big white girl in there. The service is extremely slow, they will keep talking, joking & playing around amongst eachother as if they don't have customers waiting. They'll spend 30 minutes on one damn customer because they can't focus because of all the horseplay & then the manager just stands around watching ALL of this with nothing to say because guess what... He's in on it too. I've never seen such poor customer service. They need to fire all but Tisha, make her the manager and get a whole new staff.

Was never acknowledged walking in, never got helped, when asked if we could look at games guy said he was off. He said take a number, which we already did. Waited another 10 minutes, nobody called any numbers and like 5 cashiers who weren't doing anything ..horrible place
