These folks made what could have been a very stressful process almost pleasant. Brian and the rest of the staff have always been prompt, professional, thorough, and best of all - willing to help answer questions. I always felt like they were doing just a little extra for us - and they've been great to work with during the life of our loan as well. I sincerely appreciate knowing that our loan isn't going to be sold off to some jumbo-bank at the first possible moment.

I could not be more happy with the professional, courteous, prompt service from Cashmere Valley Mortgage. Being raised by a Northeastern family, I speak fast. The loan processor kept up. My loan closed on time without hiccup. Cashmere Valley updates my payments timely, whether higher or lower, what with the fluctuations of my insurance carrier costs. I have never had my year-end statements screwed up nor payments to principle nor monthly payments misapplied, as was the case with another mortgage from Fifth Third Bank in which 4 payments were misapplied which then required further explanation to the IRS. In fact, my experience with Cashmere Valley has been so outstanding that I am sad not to be able to use their bank in certain other states.

My card was shut off for $1.40 Apple Purchase. Even though I verified it thru their fraud alter system.
I've had my card for over a year and now they shut it off and tell me I need to come to a branch to get a new one. Can't use it in store or online w/o warning - and it's the weekend. Been meaning to change banks for a while, this sealed the deal. I'll be taking my business elsewhere!
