This store opened recently and I was in the market to get a twin mattress for my daughter. I didn't want to deal with shipping so I stopped in to get one in person. It's a nice looking store but I was disappointed to learn they didn't carry the mattress I was looking for, and instead offered to order it for me.
The sales person then tried to upsell me which I wasn't interested in.
Why bother opening a storefront if you don't carry the basic merchandise? I don't need to go in person to have someone order it online for me.
I was disappointed and am unlikely to return. If you go, I'd recommend you call first to see if they have what you're looking for.
There aren't enough words to describe how amazing my experience at Casper Santa Monica was. My wife and I walked in without knowing what we were looking for. Kyle and the rest of the associates helped us come to the right decision without "selling" us on anything. The most impressive part of the experience was not feeling like I was dealing with a salesperson but rather someone who listened to our needs and made suggestions without pushing us to spend more or less money. Since purchasing the hybrid wave and adjustable frame, Kyle has made sure to stay in touch with my wife and I to make sure we are satisfied. I despise reviews but feel obligated to write this as I am truly indebted to the Casper Santa Monica team for their help, kindness, professionalism and of course, the most comfortable matress and pillows my wife and I ever slept on! I promise you cannot go wrong checking out that specific store, as my wife said "who knew you can have an enjoyable experience shopping for matresses"
