Cassandra is the best loan officer that I knew. She is super quick and professional. She always acts on the benefit of her customers. She helped us lock the best rate even though the market is super crazy right now. Not only that, she managed to close our deal in 7 days, which are unbelievably fast and efficient. Even though we had some hiccups with the address of the property, but Cassandra took her responsibility seriously and compensated us for the lost. We are very highly recommend her.

I can't recommend Cassandra highly enough! As first time home buyers, she walked us through all our mortgage options, providing us with clarity and detail on the various loans and mortgages available to us. Cassandra was extremely prompt in all her communication, and was always available to hop on a call to answer our (many) questions. Throughout the entire process, Cassandra felt like a real part of our team - she would call to check in on us and offer us words of encouragement and support, and was just as excited as us when we had an offer accepted! She was so on top of the paperwork that we were able to close in 10 days, and she snagged us an even lower mortgage rate right before we closed! Even after closing, Cassandra has been helpful in answering questions about the loan and helping with a few final escrow pieces. We will be using Cassandra for all future mortgage needs!

Cassandra is an excellent loan officer, she gave us very detailed information at all times. She is caring as of it was her own home. She kept us updated along the entire mortgage transaction. She negotiated the best rate possible, got us lender credits, and the best part of all we closed in less than 3 weeks. It was very stress free and an enjoyable process. I give me highest recommendation. Stop looking, call Cassandra ASAP!
