I love Castle because they're really polite and they really help us out with how to choose the toys we want for men and women and with their lingerie they tell us what's the best to get the lady that helps us is a sweetheart she's always polite she's always sweet with us and she takes her time and she's really kind and I enjoy her kindness and her enthusiastic with us so sweet to talk to you and she's a little lady and she is so nice she tells us about her experiences with the toys and what is the best toy to buy for men and women and she tells us her experience with the women's sports and I love that about her she is a sweetheart no matter what and longest she's there I will keep buying the women's toys for my wife and her experience with the toys it helps us out and everything she is a kind woman and I love the help from her and I just want to let everybody know the castle and Kennewick Washington is the best one to go to as long as she is there so thank you for all the help she gives us I appreciate it

They are always very helpful and they have a great selection of products. The prices are very competitive and, by the way, The girls that work there are smokin' hot.

Great customer service. Varied and extensive inventory. Ambiance approximating your favorite boutique; comfortable and inviting. I would recommend spending time in the fitting room: try on something sexy! Great customer service!
