Got a quote for 450 to replace a wiring harness. Dropped of truck to get work done. Turned out Battery where no good so i dropped off new to be installed. Got the bill it was over 900 dollars. Not sure how replacing my battery's doubles my quote and that is why im giving them such a low rating.
Update: After posting this review I was promptly contacted by US transmission. Eric realized a clerical error and issued a refund. Glad we worked it out seeing the work they did on the truck was well done. Moved my rating five stars.

I bought a used beverage truck and drove it 5 or 10 miles and transmission started slipping, then shifting hard. I limped it to US Transmissions. Needed to drive it 350 miles that evening to get home. Felix IMMEDIATELY looked at it and replaced a (speed sensor?) on the back of the Allison 5 speed automatic transmission. I drove it, then he drove it, as it was still shifting somewhat hard but the slipping was gone. He then added 2 or 3 quarts of trans fluid. He explained how/why/when it was shifting as he drove it and gave me confidence that it would shift smoother and get me home as pockets of air worked their way out of the transmission. He was RIGHT! He also didn't charge me a dime, even though I offered to pay! I never write reviews but this one is SO DESERVED; these guys are professional, smart, and fast. I'll use US TRANSMISSIONS whenever I can!

The folks here are extremely knowledgeable, I had a problem with our Allison transmission not engaging in our 99 diesel motorhome and after speaking with Felix he walked me through where to look and what to look for. He was right on the money we were able to get our coach moving again...Thank you very much, you saved me a large towing bill. Felix and US Transmissions will be getting any and all of my future business. 5 Stars +++
