This review is WAY overdue. Chef Charlie catered our wedding and 7 years later our guests still talk about how delicious the food was. Chef Charlie went above and beyond to make our day special; oyster shucking, family style dinner and a wonderful bar. He became a friend to us, not just our caterer. We are thankful he formed part of our memorable day. Like I said- 7 years in the making, two kids later and our wedding somehow still gets amazing reviews from our friends of friends, friends of family etc and it’s thanks to people like Chef Charlie. If you want a memorable event- there’s no doubt about it, Chef Charlie is your guy.
