First review for a dentist ever. Dr. Streegan and her staff are SENSATIONAL. Have you ever heard anyone compare their cavity filling experience to a spa treatment? Probably not, so here it goes. I came to Dr. Streegan when I relocated to Solvang from Florida. Like many of us, I never had a great experience in the dental chair. Pretty much every visit ended in tears and disappointment. I knew I was having dental issues, but was constantly dismissed by my claims. As you can imagine, this has led me to become extremely anxious about dentist visits. It all changed when I walked into Dr. Streegan's office. Her and her staff's warm, friendly demeanors were incredibly welcoming. She not only believed my concerns, but she substantiated my claims and identified exactly what needed to get done to elevate the discomfort. No other dentist has done this. Now onto the "spa treatment." I've been to her office twice for cavity fillings and let me tell you, it's comparable to a relaxing hammam massage that transports you to your happy place. Today was my second "spa day" at Dr. Streegan's office. It was so relaxing while she worked, that I dosed off. To be clear, I was so relaxed and so comfortable during a cavity filling, that I actually fell asleep. We're talking about someone who is every dentists worst nightmare and cries hysterically during simple cleanings. I actually enjoy and look forward to cleanings and fillings with Dr. Streegan. If I ever have to move, I'm going to have to save my air miles to see her every 6 months or whenever I need another "spa experience." She and her team are THAT good.

I can’t begin to tell you the level of comfort and gentleness I felt at this office. From the moment I walked in Susie welcomed me and made me feel at home. Dr. Streegan and Zoyla did such a great job caring for me chairside. Dr. Streegan has a gentle touch and voice, she makes you feel like you have known her for years. If you are looking for a great dentist, and have a fear of dentists Dr. Streegan is the one for you!

Dr. Cathy and her staff are the best! I needed a quick repair and they were able to fit me in the same day. The office staff were super friendly and Dr. Cathy was skilled and compassionate. My repair was perfect and reasonably priced. If you need a compassionate and professional dentist, I would highly recommend Dr. Catherine Streegan.
