I've been going to Cathleen Doctor for about 10 years and would never go to anyone else. She has decades of experience in hair design, is a genius when it comes to color, and cuts hair beautifully. She also has expertise in cutting and styling African American hair, having been trained by an old time expert in Tacoma. I'm an older woman so I go to have her do my color and touch up roots and could not be happier. Cathleen's rates are also reasonable and competitive. I'd highly recommend her for any of your hair needs. And she does so well with children, too!
