Beware of their "sales" and customer service! I purchased a sofa on June 23rd on a sale. I was told it would be delivered July 8th, they called me on the 8th in the morning to tell me sofa was late and would be delivered on the 15th. On the 15th the truck arrived with another item (a mirror) and the driver told me he didn't have the sofa. He didn't know anything about it, the warehouse person we called didn't know anything about it but suggested I was not going to get it. After hours on the phone and talking to 3 supervisors that didn't know or care about the sofa, one of the managers told me that they had the wrong number of sofas in the inventory and I was not going to get the sofa. They "offer" me a 20% discount on a FULL price item which is basically 5% more than what I get if I sign on for texts. They knew from the beginning that they had sold more sofas during the sale than they had in stock and customer service, basically told me they did not care about it. I used to be a loyal customer for CB2 but I'll never buy another item from them, ever. (By the way, the mirror came damaged too).

I am so happy that cb2 opened in Portland!!!!! I went to the opening event and it’s amazing!The staff are very nice people. Hope that the stock will be full so that I can pick up in the store!
