CBI Property Inspection did an awful job in the home i just bought. I am finding many faults that were not the part of report. Some big faults like cracks on the floor, Yard floor raised, some security related were all missed, missing window screens, broken toilet paper holders, to count the few. I think Todd the CBI property inspector did not do a good job. I will never recommend CBI property inspection for the home inspections.

My husband and I recently bought a home that was inspected by CBI and Todd the owner of CBI did the inspection. He wrote a very clean report however we are discovering that there are leaks everywhere. Electric panels are not working, dry rod ,and much more. He didn’t inspect the main water shutoff. We had leak and I called him to find out where the main water shutoff is and he didn’t know. It seems like he didn’t even inspect the property. I asked him can you please come out and show me. He said he can’t. And he won’t do it. I asked if he’s available tomorrow and he said no. Now that I am reading his review the home buyers needs to be aware of this companies inspection. I will report him to better business bureau and trying to find out how I can get a hold of the licensing company. Now we need to pay so much money out of our pocket for the repairs.
