I was new to yoga when a good friend introduced me to CDA Power Yoga. I was searching for an activity I would actually enjoy while at the same time help me build strength, balance and tone my body. I started with the mellow flow class and was quickly hooked; I had finally found a form of “exercise” I enjoyed! The instructors are supportive and motivating and the yoga community is non-judgmental and encouraging. I didn’t think I could handle the hot yoga concept because heat is not my friend, but I was wrong. By attending class 2-3 times per week, I started dropping weight, gaining strength and toning my muscles within the first 30 days! The classes are challenging, but you can modify your practice to make it what you want and need. I recommend trying a free class (or their 30 days for $30 intro special) and starting with mellow flow to see if it’s a fit for you.

I was new in town and did the 30 day trial and fell in love with the studio. Michelle the owner is so welcoming, she offered me local recommendations. And Kim is amazing too! Both have great energy. I always feel welcome in class. Always greeted hello/goodbye with smiles. I love coming to classes!

Every class I have taken at CDA power yoga has been wonderful! Great space, cool staff and fun community. I absolutely LOVE Cicely’s classes! She’s outgoing, fun and makes the hour so enjoyable. Thank you for providing a lovely place to practice ♥️
