I was on the site for over 45 min.I had problems accessing semi perm and perm information and the pictures of the actual products. I never got to see if they had the product that I wanted. It would help if this area was enhanced some more. I’m back to where I first started which is no more information than I had before. It’s quit frustrating!!

The woman who is working right now is a rude interrupter. I was going to buy a wig but I was trying to find out is sells a product that will hold down my hair. She kept interrupting and had it in her head that I wanted to put the wig on. I was in fact asking her if she would help me put it on after I purchased it. Her loss.

Worst store I have ever been to.She would not allow me to take a picture of a wig which I did not question. Then she threw a hissy fit because I wrote down the information. She was not willing to look for what I asked for nor was she willing to try and order it but she tried to prevent me from buying it somewhere else. There was only one other person in the store. Probably too cheap to hire help. I will never do business here again. I gave her one star because she was open.
