CDW's customer service department is both unprofessional and rude. We ordered several computers for business. The computers were shipped and received by our team, before CDW tried to cash the check. After we received the computers CDW called and told us we had insufficient funds. We called our bank to confirm and were told the check number was never even attempted to be cashed. We called CDW rep back who told us they were cancelling our account and that we were an illegitimate business. We called customer service management and left several voicemails and received no response. We returned the computers to CDW and in less than 30 days we were already in collections. CDW is a scam business. The reps are rude and will hang up on you mid conversation or not call you back.
