Spacious one bedroom apartments, super friendly management and maintenance people. Parking for those that fill their garages with personal effects is rough, but downstairs units like mine have assigned spots in front of thier buildings. Having a small storage unit is a nice perk too. One bedrooms don't have a washer/dryer, but the coin laundry by the rental office is convenient and clean, but a bit pricy I think. The low electric bills help make up for that though. Overall one of the nicest apts I've ever rented.

Been moved in for three months now on the A side. The lady was super nice to us. We park where we should, we don't over do it with trash at the dumpsters and we pay on time. Needless to say no one bothers us. We have them stop if they drive by to see how things are going if maintenance is needed. Very cool actually. I would recommend this place. It's cheap, clean and food floor plans. Yes parking sucks. Maybe they will take down the garages and put up covered parking to make more room. Other than that great people.

Most unprofessional management I have ever encountered. Apartments are old and outdated, ive been given numerous parking violations even though they havent secured me a garage in months. If management gets tired of your complaints they will ignore your calls and not respond to your voicemails. Not to mention this place is crime ridden. Cars have been stolen off the lot, storage units have been broken into, and theft in general is a common occurrence here. This is coming from someone who worked here and decided the free rent wasn't even worth it. I'm moving ASAP. I would only rent here if I literally had no other options. Stay safe and don't rush your next move. Rent being fairly priced is all this place has going for it.
