So I’m not someone who takes yoga or even considers it in most cases, however I am grateful I finally did as it challenged me in a lot of ways in terms of my flexibility and strength. I especially enjoyed the spiritual aspect that comes with Cedar River Yoga’s class, I left the class feeling a sense of calm and peace that I have didn’t realize I needed. If you don’t have Cedar River Yoga on your radar whether you are new, seasoned or curious then you should definitely consider at the very least signing up for a class, I guarantee you will thank me and yourself you did! Cedar River Yoga will happily be my new home yoga studio. Jessica, the owner, has created a welcoming and comfortable space. I enjoy how the teachers share an array of knowledge as they teach- from history to physiology. They help and welcome all people and the abilities they each bring. Do not hesitate to invest in your physical and mental health at Cedar River Yoga; you will not regret it!

This studio has a very welcoming space. I appreciate that there isn’t a wall of mirrors. The instructors have a mellow vibe and give directions for poses that people new to yoga will understand, as well as offering ways to advance the posture. There’s a 45 minute class weekdays at noon which is a nice chance to recharge in the middle of the day.
