I have been seeing missy for over 2 years. I was going to give her 2 stars because she was great up until a month ago when I had to cancel an appointment last minute due to my son being ill, but since then she has ignored me and not refunded money owed to me for services she has not provided so I have no choice but to make this review I notified Missy in the early morning of my appointment that I was not going to be able to make my appointment because I was with my sick son. The very next business day I got overcharged $240 dollars for services that did not equal that amount of monies from my account without my consent. I had never cancelled an appointment last minute with Missy in the 2+ years I had seen her, and asked that she make a one-time exception because my son was sick. Not only did Missy completely ignore my attempts to contact her, she did not get back to me as to why I was charged so much, (I contacted her 3 times over the course of a week before she replied), she was also very callous when she did reply, and did not explain to me where she got the $240 amount from. I will include screenshots of our conversation for clarification. I would normally not tell anyone not to see someone; however, I feel I need to post this review because of how badly I was treated. I was given no reply when asked why I was charged the amount I was, and STILL have no idea why I was charged $240 dollars because I still have not received a reply from Missy.
