After booking a room online we came to a closed office door at 4 pm with a note to call a number to get someone to help. After calling multiple times we got hung up on and had to call back again. We got asked if we have an animal with us which we did have a service dog with all his papers necessary. The person on the phone told us they had no dog friendly rooms and they can’t accommodate us and hung up again. Awful service is the least I can say.
This was the worst experience ever. The room was filthy!
The sheets were dirty. When I asked for clean sheets I was told they were clean. I was told the stains on the sheets were from the washing machine then he walked he walked away.
We have a service animal that we were charged for and we have filled a report with the State and Federal disabilities act against the owner and Karen, the lady at the front desk.
The guy rides around in a golf cart and ignores the needs of the people staying there. We left by 10:00 pm and was not given a refund due to the cleanliness.
We will never stay there! I researched the matter and have proof that he has friends leave positive reviews.
