Celebrations were very accommodating, we had a party Saturday, they said they could only deliver Thursday and not pick up until Tuesday but didn’t charge us for keeping equipment extra days. For our backyard wedding reception we got 3 round tables, 2 buffet tables, chairs and linens. They set up and picked up without a hitch, would go to them again and I highly recommend.

Celebrations delivered the tent on Friday, the day before our wedding. The guy who delivered the tent, Dan who says he is the manager, claimed they forgot the sledgehammer. They took the truck and went to get the sledgehammer that took over an hour, although we offered to let them use ours. Then after returning another guy had to get the zip ties they forgot. Saturday, arrived and we set up the tables. Right away little tiny spiders were all over everything, including every one setting up. Our guests had to help move the tables, chairs and dance floor out of the tent. So, we called Celebrations. We were told to take pictures and video and call on Monday. I called on Monday. I spoke to Dan. Dan said we delivered the tent, we set it up the spiders are not my problem. Really?! This was our wedding, we could not use the tents or the lighted back drop. I will never use this company again. We have pictures and video of all these little tiny spiders that did not just appear overnight, but it is not Celebrations problem. It was just a lucky thing it was not raining. This is such an unprofessional attitude. Never again, Dan the man, will never get our business again, and all of the people I know, including all the attorneys I work for, and other businesses that we work for, will know, not to use this unprofessional organization.

Customer service picking up the rented tables and chairs was great. The chocolate fountain didn't work and when we returned the stuff they were very rude. The fountain turned on and the chocolate was melted, but it wouldn't pull the chocolate to the top. Owner and assistant basically told us that it was our fault it didn't work and was very rude to my son when he was explaining what had happened. I have rented from them in the past and everything was great. Not sure why the poor customer service this time around, but we will be sure to find a new rental company for future needs.
