Just...the absolute best. I love: the unique space, the gorgeous natural light, the characterful and kind teachers, the welcoming front desk, and the integrity of the yoga / pilates practice taught here. It's serious, and fun. Today the our teacher said, "Movement is medicine." It really is.

Sara was a FANTASTIC instructor! She really allows you to listen to what’s right for your body and helps provide a lot of variation depending on what works for you - which I especially appreciated as a beginner! The facility is spacious and the staff also very kind and helpful. Parking was free and easy on Gower St one block over. Great class, and the instructor really made it so - highly recommend classes with Sara!
