This office is extremely frustrating to work with. Their phone line is not always operating during their normal business hours, it takes 48+ hours for them to return a call, and they're unprofessional and frankly, have been rude when trying to schedule appointments. They only have one person who schedules surgeries and she is not always in the office and very rarely answers her phone. My son's surgery had to be moved (due to the availability of doctors, not because we chose to reschedule) and we were not notified of any appointment cancelations/changes until we showed up to the office and were told "we should have assumed the pre-op appointment was cancelled because the surgery date shifted." My one-year-old son went through all of pre-op procedures (including fasting for 8 hours) and at the time of the surgery, the Dr. came in and told us he would no longer perform the surgery because the coordination with the anesthesiologist was not conducted properly. After apologizing, the Dr. said he would call later that day to help figure out the next step and how to get the surgery done in an expedited manner—he never called and will not return my calls after leaving numerous messages with his staff. Overall very bad experience with the office and do NOT recommend anyone, especially pediatric patients go here.

Myself and my daughter have both had not only wonderful experiences with the office staff, but dr. Casserly is wonderful! He is kind and caring and truly listens to your concerns/issues and then makes a plan to fix it. My surgery got delayed for unrelated reasons and I will absolutely be back to proceed with doing it there.

My son was seen by Dr. Vetter and it was a great experience for us. The doctor made my son feel comfortable with everything going on, surgery was scheduled quickly, and went very smoothly. My son is much healthier now and went so far as to offer the doctor a hug at the check up appointment afterwards, which is not something he normally does.
