After having several cars, I've always dreaded dealing with any large dealerships. I took my newly purchased vehicle to Central Ford for service and was pleasantly surprised. The service advisor I dealt with was genuinely concerned with my customer needs. And the dealership appeared to have taken the time and effort to meet and exceed the customer's expectations (Ex. pick up and delivery of your vehicle for service) I highly recommend this dealership

Central ford was the best experience we ever had dealing with ford. We have done business with many different Ford dealers and central Ford was by far the best. every other dealer that we dealt with, we had issues and wasted lots of time at other deslers. It was straight to the point and the deal was done in 1 hour.

My wife took in the car for an electrical problem making the car go crazy. She took it in at 12 pm and she was told she will hear from them by 2 pm. We never heard from anyone we tried calling and talking to someone about any updates. But didn’t get an answer in the contrary we will just get send to different people. This is my wife car for work and the children they don’t provide any answer so the costumer can take the next step to have some means of transportation. They are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I have not heard from them and I don’t even know what hats wrong with the car. This is the second time we take the car in for the same problem. And nothing is fixed. I will contact customer relationship with the city and the bureau of business for this issue.
