Janel is super friendly and helpful! I had to close my postal box because the hours of operation our during my working hours. She helped to ensure that I submitted the proper forms and notified me of mail that had come after closing down the account. Highly recommend her service if you are in need!!

Janel was super friendly and helpful with getting my mail box! I'm new to California from Connecticut (big move) and I had no idea how anything worked here. She was also super helpful with me getting my digital mail set up, and send packages back home to my awesome friends and neighbors!
