Could use some more equipment, but I give these guys five stars for their customer service and fair pricing. You don’t have to worry about hidden costs here. Strongly recommend if they have what you are looking for.

I rented a scissor lift I was very specific on where it was being used in a parking lot! They said it should be fine well let me tell you it's for a freshly poured slab of concrete and he tells me that when I want a refund because I was unable to use it the thing just beeped and said it wasn't level I could not use the machine at all offered me half back?! I didn't use it!!!? They delivered it and saw the location and where it was being used, Guy obviously learning customer service and the sad part is he's the owner?! Wanted to give me store credit ? I wouldn't go back there if you paid me!! Very rude would not consider this place for any reason!

From Central Rentals in regards to M.T painting ( Tom Frost) our apologies you did not have an enjoyable experience with your job we really wish you would have spoken up when you called the lift off rent and paid in full not mentioning any problems until 3 weeks later which was very confusing since again you did not mention anything when you called it off rent and paid for it in full . We believe we where very sympathetic and since we always strive to make our customers experience enjoyable we did refund half the rental and delivery cost. And as for the comment about not being able to use it the hour meter tells a differnt story along with the red paint we are still cleaning off of it. Again we apologies you did not have an enjoyable experience
