My home is next to an Army Training base and the surrounding homes are being tested for contamination from firefighting foam. My home tested good, and have the letter from the Army stating so. The appraiser asked me about it and I gave him a copy of the letter. He refused to finish the appraisal, and told my finance company that my water was contaminated. After I sent the letter to the finance company, they continued with the loan, and hired a different appraisal company. Don't use this one, idiots work there.
