Years ago I rented one half of a duplex on South 4th Ave in Yakima, WA. What a dump!! Air conditioning/heat didn't work, place was dirty. I finally had to fix it because they'd always promise to come by, but never did. We got out and wouldn't ever deal with this outfit again. Slum lord.

My experience with Central Washington Properties/Graf Investments has been wonderful. Everyone I've spoken with has ensured that my questions have been answered quickly and efficiently. I look forward to working with them for the duration of my lease.
