Suddenly lost internet on July 1st. I run a small business so having the internet is vital. It was going to be a week to even get a technician out. Come a week later I waited all day for a technician that never showed. Was told at 5ish pm that he never came into work and that they could get a tech out Monday the 11th. Several texts saying my tech should be here between 8a and 12p. Never showed. I called and they assured me they had the ticket open and the tech should be here between 4p and 6p. Paged tech to message me...thwy never did. Called back at 430p, still no sign worried I wouldn't be able to talk to them should no one show up at 6p. They said customer service was available till 8pm. Called back at 6pm. Customer service CLOSED and my ticked was upgraded to "missed". I have lost time, money, and I sure hope not customers due to this. Tired of being lied to, and all I want is my internet repaired.
