So so horrific. I think the purposely want you to get so frustrated with the phone help that you give up.

Well it so hard to get ahold of a representative and I finally got through and I can cancelled my service with them of July and pay that bill and went with a different company and they are now charging me for August bill and they told me it was because it was generated by the time I cancelled but it was ent and told them but so I have to pay again I don’t recommend nobody the century link they are trouble and like to rip people off

Terrible service. Had to call repeatedly for the same issue. No service sometimes for weeks at a time. Yet they still bill me as if I could use their services. Ridiculous example of fair business practice.
