Worst cappuccino this trip, of maybe seven different places. Wife's honey lavender latte was acceptable. Service was fast and friendly, but they could've taken an extra minute to make better coffee.

i ordered the Honey Lavender iced latte. Upon approaching the cashier/order here sign, there were two girls/employees eating and conversating. looked extremely bothered that i was going to order, and of course after i placed my order, the one who took my order walked back to her colleague and i guess she assumed i wouldn't hear her but I did. and its sad to see theres flags and signs of indication of "inclusion" and welcoming because the service i received was not that.

Dear Manager, what are you doing to fix this?

Quick stop for beverages after walking around Seattle Center. The drinks were nice and the service was good. We got a stand-up table nearby.
