Work was started 20 days ago but not complete. After a $10,000 invoice overall which is paid, they don't return calls. Made at least 3 calls to date. That is not customer service.
Appending this review because they finally came out to complete the job on the 4th of December. I am happy with the final result with our heating being more efficient and quieter. Thanks to Lee and the other techs who were professional and respectful.
